The GraFix® Cruciate
Reconstruction System is designed to facilitate
arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament
reconstructions. Using the Linvatec Pinn-ACL®
Cruciate Guide and Bullseye® Femoral Guide, this
system enables the surgeon to accomplish precise,
reproducible guide pin and subsequent tunnel
placement. The 2-Pin Passer allows for parallel
interference screw placement alongside the graft
without divergence. Linvatec interference screws
are available in the most complete variety of
sizes, materials and configurations to
accommodate all preferences.

Guide
The Pinn-ACL Guide can be used to
create tibial tunnels of known
lengths with a variable angle
adjustment of 35 to 60 degrees with
the use of a
graduated pin-sleeve.

Feature a patented collet
locking mechanism for precise,
fingertip control of pin-sleeve
placement.

The guides' pin-sleeves are
graduated to precisely determine
tunnel length prior to drilling.

Femoral guides are offered in
right and left versions and are
designed to easily accommodate
unusually large or small knees.

Preparation Table
This fully modular
system plays a key role during ACL and
PCL reconstructive surgeries to prepare
soft tissue and bone-tendon bone
autografts or allografts.
The system allows the surgeon to
interchange the various components to
clean, whipstitch, measure, pre-tension
or add a fixation device.

This
working platform incorporates a
sizing block, sold separately, that
is removable for cleaning or sizing
a graft under pre-tensioning. The
sizing block can accommodate grafts
from 3.0mm to 13mm in .5mm
increments.

The
universal Slide Locks allow for any
of the graft preparation table
components to be changed
intraoperatively, easly and quickly.
The Slide Locks are also fully
adjustable via the spring loaded
locking button, for one handed
adjustments.

The
Tension Clamp is etched in both
pounds ( 30 lbs. max. ) and newtons
( 120 N max ) for quick referencing
during pre-tensioning of the graft
for those surgeons who feel it is
necessary for satisfactory post-op
results.The Graft Clamps are
designed to act as an extra set of
hands and incorporate atraumatic
teeth to prevent damage to the graft

Tunnel Dilator System
This fully modular system plays
a key role during ACL and PCL
surgeries, improving soft-
tissue graft fixation within a
femoral or tibial tunnel. By
compacting cancellous bone
within the femoral and tibial
tunnels, the result of a higher
pullout strength for soft-tissue
grafts when used in conjunction
with interference screws.

Dilators:
Tapered ends
allow for easy insertion and
removal of the dilators from the
femoral or tibial tunnel. Full
radius depth marks from 10mm to
40mm in 5mm increments.

T-Handle:
Ergonomic styling allows for an
easy grip and maneuverability.
Built in locking quick connector,
allows for easy intraoperative
changing as well as minimizing
the potential for the units to
separate during use. Fully
cannulated to 2.45mm diameter.

Slaphammer:
Ensures that the forces
delivered to the dilator will be
applied inline with the guide
pin, thereby eliminating
divergence during dilation.
